#RaatAkeliHai - Begining sets the pace and mood , grips you hard - down 15 min you move to the edge of your seat . The haweli with its gloom of death , the silence , layered characters hints that its not all ...there is something more and more - SI Jatil Yadav's unsaid and hiddent inclination towards Radha unfolds an invisible love story wrapped around the murder - then starts the typical hindi movie ishtyle bad cop , dirty politician and chase between good and bad - Story comes back to track when it reaches to Gwalior Haweli and more layer starts unfolding - End is a reminiscent of the fact that a khandaan has bigger stories hidden than any thick novel - Yes its good , the acting is class , the chatacters are defined well and given space by way of sharp dialogues - but when you come to know the truth then feel ohhh.... it could have been much better and the last romantic turn is a disappointment ..... but why it was "raat akeli hai" .....still looking for it !

First of all its not a thriller....let us rather not dilute the well handled story line of love , betrayal , being betrayed and redifining love by calling it a thriller. Of course the presentation is quite intriguing and specially the way the layers coming out from the characters. The beauty of this story and the way it is told is that, it was a very common and easily forgettable subject but craftmanship of weaving it with the characters , use of the location backdrop made it a masterpiece. Every character gets a spce to develop and makes a mark as the story grows further. Great performances by Rasika Dugal, Purab Kohli must watch.....
