Jokker Maxx

It's OK, it lacks the depth and seriousness of the first game. The characters are very shallow, I skipped most of the dialog after playing for awhile, it is annoying and just lazy. At one point my character said, "you better take care of them Sam." And i actually laughed out loud and said', "why do you care". The missions are mindless and mostly annoying. The card system is a poor replacement for a skill tree. The combat system is basically swing, dodge, swing, dodge, and gets boring quickly. The layout feels confined, and exploration is pushed more by finding letters than a desire to see whats in the game. The original Dead Island or Dying Light are better games. The graphics are ok, it feels like slightly better than my PS4 Pro graphics, but not by much. It's just an ok game which is disappointing after such a long wait.

The concept was great, the movie was about 45 minutes to long. Mostly slow and tedious, lost interest from time to time. Lots of potential, start watching around an hour and a half in, you won't miss anything important and still get the point.
