I watched this epic movie AGAIN for the umpteenth on a flight. The message was clear; these Black men fought for pride, freedom, recognition and belonging. The same thing that Blacks are still fighting for TODAY! Exceptional acting by the entire cast! And the Harlem Boys choir soundtrack was chilling.
