A horrible book. Grisham has lost his magic. Save your money and time. He's pretty much dialing it in. Maybe this was ghost written? The firm pays the hostage fee and Mitch quits.

A horrible book. Am I supposed to believe that the protagonist who is an ex cop is as fit as a navy seal? Very stupid plot. Not even remotely believable that a burned-out ex cop can rescue a kid and capture the bad guy from the woods of Minnesota. Give me a break.
