I really enjoyed reading about the journey Kay had to endure. We can all relate to parts of her growing and maturing but could I reallly have coped with being deserted by all family members longing to see a brother long gone? Marsh girl always was an aware and resourceful girl though very shy. Her friendships were deep and meaningful and her heart easily broken. She was betrayed over and over as her knowledge of her environment grew ever deeper and thorough. I loved this read as the images created say with you long after you finish the read. Highly recommend
