Fame is exactly what he was after. Now that he's been caught it doesn't matter to him that people know. He posted those videos because he relishes in this. They lucked out identifying the guy, this could have been the botched Boston manhunt all over again. You know, the manhunt that claimed the life of an innocent man?
Irresponsible "journalism" all around.
It also wasn't a good watch. The documentary is basically a bunch of filler between screen time given to these bizarre videos. Seems like everyone is just patting themselves on the back for what ultimately amounted to an obvious clue hunt and a call to the police.
The star also likes to speak as if she represents the entirety of the internet. While most everyone agrees what happened was messed up, the claims she makes about the internet as a whole are outlandish.
