Loved the film, some small things to fix here and there, especially CGI quality, in some of the Overhead shots of the mining truck felt a bit choppy and poorly rendered.
Some people might think the characters were a bit "underdeveloped" but the majority of viewers in my session picked up the jist of the story & character progression just fine. Other sync errors involving some of the foreign characters speech really makes me appreciate the effort that some Korean productions (My Way 2011, Steel Rain 2017) or even characters in the John Wick series, go into training their cast to be able to speak certain lines in foreign languages.
Overall Amazing plot, well timed twists and an incredibly moving ending. I loved the portrayal of the Father & Son characters and their relationship progression resembles that of Bruce Willis'/ Daughters in Armageddon 1998. The supporting characters all had their defining moments and were not left out at all throughout the film nor at it's climax which was very thoughtful of the editing staff.
But i'm just being super picky here, i paid $18 to go watch the film and got my full moneys worth and that's what it boils down to.
A solid 8/10 for Frant Gwo, the production, the cast & crew.
