I don't know how this recorded performance slipped by me....? But the playing, the talent of every musician in this ensemble and (the tune selection in this performance) is just damn frightening....awesome!!!!! One of my wishes before I die is to hear a live performance of Mr. Marsalis and his band. Excellence always frightens and at the same time captures the attention of all of us ordinary souls Blessings to the people that made this performance possible...and thank you Eric Clapton.... Just buy the cd and sit back and be amazed.....truly we live in a marvelous time of recorded music...
