Loved these books. All of Mr. Murakami's books are great as far as I'm concerned. When I purchased IQ84 it was just 2 volumes. Now I find there is a 3rd one. Looking for it now :) naturally.

I remember reading these books (2 volumes) many years ago and really loving it. When I remember a book and the whole story after all these years it means I enjoyed it :) It may not be for everyone, it is a "period" story with an element of mystery. People invest in the Tontine and the money is gathering interest. Basically, the last survivor keeps it all. Hence the mystery, intrigues, murder.

I started watching the movie not knowing what it was about and I so got into this! I loved it so much. That is watching with sub titles. Loved the storyline, the actors, the fighting. Smartly done, great movie!
