The scenery is extraordinary, watching the quarter horses is like watching a ballet, cannot dismiss the obvious talent to the 'cowboys' and I do enjoy the actors what I do not care for is the blatant white hat cowboys vs. black hat villains. In the past the villains were the Indians, oh yeah I guess they still are, along with all the wimpy out of state intruders, such as the California man raising llamas as apposed to the ultra masculine, testosterone filled horse riding cattle raising good ol' boys. I mean come on.................some of the story lines are just too ridiculous in the extreme caricature like portrayals of the great white cowboy and open land vs. scheming Indians, and outsiders (lawyers, government et. al.) taking the land away as well as 'freedom'. I get it, big money sucks and does get away with a great deal but subtlety would go a lot further in the plot line. All in all would not waste much time on the PREDICTABLE story line. Guess the writers were watching Gene Autry, or maybe Roy Rogers blah blah blah.
