I cannot say enough good things about this book. Susun Weed gives so much good information to all of us pre, mid and post menopausal women.
She gives you several approaches for the various symptoms from the homeopathic to the pharmaceutical and all the potential consequences from each.
Heartily recommended.

A banner Netflix film that looked interesting and funny. It was neither. The comedic timing was missing, the heavy handed signalling of events must have been deliberate but still fell flat on its face - and not in a funny way. I expected more of Melissa McCarthy, and perhaps I need to lower my expectations.
It appeared to be trying for kitsch but good, and it did not succeed. So bad that is was so bad.
Don't bother.
