Predictably, this film is getting hate because it's a "woke feminist" film, and while I see where they are coming from, Fair Play is far from the usual cringe that would be associated with the "genre" of film.
It's smart, realistic, raw, violent, and sexy. And as a guy watching this I really had to sith with myself and be like "yeah, this is how I assume most men would behave in this scenario, and maybe even myself included."
The film also shows how manipulative and vindictive both sexes can be, so kudos to the writer for not just going in on men.
Very intriguing.
