I work in the automotive industry, and there is sooo much truth here in this short little film. It really helps to show how hard it can feel for a woman in a work setting that's mainly dominated with guys. I think more fields that are dominated my men should show this film, it's a pretty accurate take in my opinion. The culture that's present in these fields that are heavily dominated by one sex, can be pretty hard to swim in at first. There is a lot of having to "do like the Romans do." At least in American culture, anyway which is probably why we don't have as many female engineers, maintenance technicians, woodworkers, artists, movie directors, and scientists. Whereas in Europe its more evenly split.
