This was an exceptional film! It moved me well beyond expectation. The gentleness of the octopus was unexpected by me. I spent three months in Capetown and can attest to the fridgity of the water in that area of the world, South Africa, my most favoured country to visit, to date. I spent almost three months with my mouth hanging open in awe of the people, animals, art galleries along Kloof Street and always Table Mountain, which hovers over you whenever you look up. This film made me remember the water and kelp forest which looked from a distance like sharks , lurking about ready to munch on my leg. To think each female lays over 500,000 eggs to only have a handful survive to maturity, it beyond belief. He did a fantastic narrating and appeared extremely moved along with me at the sad ending of her life.
