Great show, shows how tough life was back then, especially for women, being kidnapped from their country and taken as servants, concubines and men castrated but there is always that one that rises above it all and fights till the end like Empress GI did. She had to suffer through a lot of loses at the hands of evil but she stayed strong and merciful (kinda). Of course we know most of it is the writer’s’ imagination but They did great with Character developments and storylines, as many times as I watch some parts still make me so sad. The actors are all so good and very convincing. Tal Tal is my favorite. I love this show, have watched it countless times since I discovered in 2020
