I really enjoyed this game. As of now it’s one of the most fun engaging and relaxing experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy. This game is so good I’ve bought it twice due to the PlayStation 5 not properly transferring my data over from my ps4. This game has funny encounters genuinely, an easy story to follow some interesting secretes to find and allot of fun interactions between you and your followers. The customization for the lamb is also quite neat and the leveling system has been refined beautifully. There are plenty of waves to flourish and many different skills to be sought after. The gameplay loop is simple and addicting and sure their are demonic undertones within he game but in most cases you have to choose to indulge in them. You’re never forced to sacrifice a follower from what I recall up until the free dlc (spoilers) where you are required to sacrifice high leveled followed into the now relocked doors into the 4 different realms. The story is only getting more intriguing and the dlc is remaining free so please download this and go in blind. It’s such a neat story and really fun/funny to get your feet wet and find out just how everything works. My first boss fight was absolutely something I’ll never forget as well as the first time I accidentally sent one of my followers to their death. If you’re into base building, decoration, and growing your own civilization then my god will you love managing the cult. If you enjoy fun and sometimes infuriating dungeon crawling then you’ll enjoy the crusades and if the crusades aren’t your thing play in a lower difficulty. They become a cake walk. I bought this game twice I can gladly say I was and still am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you massive monster for making this game.
