Incredibly disappointing. The film is like a Wikipedia page. A list of facts that then get messed up by a lot of people who don’t know anything about him. Historical facts ignored. He didn’t fall over dead…. Story, not developed. Flash for a quick battle to the next to pawing Josephine. Ignore the inaccuracy, ignore the lack of historical congruity. What is this about?? You have no congruent story, no sense of what propelled Napoleon, no character development, vignette to disaster this is just poor writing. Skip it. Watch it when it’s free if you must. Ridley Scott phoned it in for 200 Million. It could have been great, it could have been another triumph, instead it’s a good thing Apple has a lot of money to absorb this loss. I want my money back.
