Second Netflix docu I am (trying to) watch, and another disappointing one. I had immediately skipped the first 3 episodes to get to the point. The last episode started with pretty much promoting the 'amazing vegan food' of Miyoko's, and then went into the 'studies' of twins. When second out of the twins were not following the requested lifestyle and diet guidelines I was like, what is this for study? This hasn't been monitored well (to find out the individuals are not following the requirements after 8 weeks of 'testing' is a little late to me?)
I was excited for the results (going from 8 years being vegetarian to now animal-based diet), but when there is so much promotion around a company creating vegan products and not monitoring the people involved, I can't be curious to the results of this 'experiment' as it is not based on an honest study. Just like most 'science' isn't those days anymore, to my disappointment.
