Tamasha is one of the most underrated movies of Bollywood and way ahead of its time. Though people don't gets its subtlety and simplicity wrapped up in the backdrop of Follow your passion theme, I personally connect to it very much. The scenes ib the movie are very differently shot from cliche bollywood masala using metaphors, comparisons and references and a on going stage narrative that acts like a parallel story. It is hard for some audiences to grasp.
