We bought thermal for my child online and it does not fit well. Product is very deep and uncomfortable. Jockey do not have proper sizes for children. Team cannot help you with any solution if you have bought items online which does not fit well. It will be waste of money if you try shopping online. Avoid buying new products online as you will lose money as team do not work on return even if the product is unused post purchase
