I grew up loving the original and although visually this new film by far surpasses the original! Where this fails is the voiceovers! Absolutely no energy in these voice overs. Of course I’m sure the children won’t get it, but for the people my age I assume understand where I’m coming from. To me the hyenas were to serious and just not as goofy.
