It was OK. Tom Hanks was great, as usual, but his character was un-likable and more than a little violent. The movie spent more time making sure they checked all the “woke” boxes and plugging Chevrolet, ADT and UPS than developing multidimensional characters. Truman Hanks would never be cast but for his father. Mariana Trevino was one of the few bright spots and turned in an Oscar worthy supporting effort that held the film together. The film was fine, most people will like it, but not great.
