I love the NCISNO series, except this season I'd preferred Pride be running the show more. Don't care for the new girl. I also agree with another viewer Garao needs better facial expression. Don't kill any of the NCIS shows all 3 are good. Also I'm over the age you use to market the shows to, I'm in my upper 60's and like shows like this. You need to consider the older views opinion too.
