My beef is with people reviewing this movie as if it was actual historically accurate, and judging people who lived in the 1600s, by our modern beliefs, values and traditions. It’s a damn movie!! People: Hollywood sucks at history. They never get it correct. Learn history from historians, not writers and journalists!! Don’t believe everything you see in movies- Hollywoods goal is entertain, with shock and sensationalism. It’s very annoying and disturbing when people believe everything they see in movies. Pick up a book someday- American history is way more interesting and enlightening than Hollywood portrays.

Jocelyn Bryant left a review that me and other mature people would agree with. Maybe this type of low brow humor is popular with the new generation of the easily amused, shiny object types…. But I also agree with others, and I’m sick and tired of the cheap laughs these movie makers attempt to get by foul language and sex. Grow up Hollywood. I’m not a Trump fan, but making America great means going back to a time when movie makers had more class. The class that men like B Obama have.
