It's a shame that the marketing for the movie was the biggest take away for most people because it actually was a beautiful film and the external gossip takes away so much from the art itself. Lily is such a strong character and I've never seen someone's handling of domestic violence depicted like this on screen. Also a beautiful love story. The cast and directors should be proud.
