The game is a "gold plated piece of plastic". It looks amazing, but the devs don't have the first clue how to design the gameplay. There's 4 different types of quests; boring, unimaginative, and repeated nonstop throughout the entire game. Every week's patch introduces new bugs. Bugs they attempt to fix reappear in a new manner. Item descriptions are not accurate, item abilities don't work at all. The game is riddled with exploits and item/gold dupes. The economy is beyond repair. Undocumented changes in the patch redesigned some items and removed others, with a complete disregard for players' efforts in obtaining those items. There is bare minimum end-game content, which was recently nerfed to make it harder to complete and reward less, in some attempt to thin out the content they do have. At least crafting is fun, which was also nerfed to take longer to max while people who played hardcore on release are already maxed and therefore have a significant advantage over any new player attempting the same grind today. The pvp content is unplayable with the amount of server lag.
