Season 2 episode 8. Excellent! I am a 4 time combat Army Vet. I was a medic in Grenada, Somalia and Haiti. I was an Army Nurse in Baghdad. You nailed it! The Medical profession in combat deals with so much trauma and difficult decisions that continue on as a Veteran. I work for the VA Hospital and have to suppress thoughts and feelings when working with nationalities that I have been in combat with. This episode is spot on with what we have to deal with. My hope is that the populous at large understands the pain and emotions that we go through while watching in this episode. It was difficult for me to watch, but, nessary. It's difficult to move forward from combat. I would recommend this episode to anyone who has delt with combat. Thank you for giving an honest perspective on combat medicine.
