Don't watch. It's frighteningly aweful.

It wasn't as good as the first one, BUT it was still pretty good. Austin Butler was fantastic, as were most of the acting performances. Accurate with the book as well. However, I do have a few complaints.. (1.)The movie seemed choppy and rushed. (2.)The CGI wasn't as good as the first movie. Maybe the budget was tighter? (3.)Also, I'm not certain why the director felt the need to insert Chani referring to herself as "Johnny." This was not in the book and was purely political. The director also felt the need to give us a lesson on equal rights with Paul telling Chani, "I wish I was equal to you." (4.)Seemed like they just hired a bunch of big-name actors to draw the crowds. Overall, I'm not sure I'd see the next movie. I didn't feel the desire to see it again after leaving the theater. But the films do appear to follow along with the books, that is, getting progressively worse.

Best movie of the year! Have probably seen this about 9 times in theaters. This is Nolan's best flim. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst movie of the year by far. Very cliché. 10 minutes in and I couldn't wait to leave. Just like the previous two -- complete s***. Very boring and I was frankly annoyed. The last time I was this annoyed by a movie was when I saw the "The Rise of Palpatine" (excuse me, "Skywalker"). Just like Star Wars and Fast and the Furious, it's another franchise ruined. And ironically 2/3 of those franchises were capped by director Colin Trevorrow. I think the issue is now obvious..
