Mads is the only redeeming quality of this movie... It just tried way to hard up be over-the-top violent, awkwardly placed quirky comedic moments, and had an unmistakable teen action movie feel whenever the antagonists were around; resulting in this congealed mess of a movie.
The action is fun and entertaining at times, but the antagonists are just too much. You really can't develop a simpler set of characters with one track minds, devoid of personality. Each one of them hits the most general stereotypes and all are too much to handle and were on the screen for way too long.
Seriously though, Mads is the only reason I watched this all the way through. Fantastic actor, even in this pile of garbage he shines through.
