Really thought provoking! How can this not be considered a crime? I'm wondering if they ever persued legal action on behalf of the fathers. It's an unfortunate truth that men have more protections under the law than do woman. In many of these cases, the women thought they were using their husbands' sperm rather than donor sperm. Yes, the women agreed to the procedure, but what about their husbands? Did they sign the contract? Was their anything in the paperwork regarding the use of the husband's sperm? They were defrauded out of biological paternity. If the courts won't take the claims of the women seriously, maybe they would the mens'. And how about child support? He has dozens of children he knowlingly brought into the world that he didn't provide for, that other men took responsibility for. Is there an angle there?
