As a huge Elvis fan I'm willing to accept he was not the wholesome man he was often purported to be. Thats not the issue. The film lacked gravitas,I left the cinema unmoved, it was good but not great. I didnt think Jacob Elordi was a very convincing Elvis either. In fact they both made Elvis and Priscilla seem like a couple of uncharismatic drips which I highly doubt they were. I didnt feel I wasted my time and money...but I wouldnt recommend it either.
