Personally, it fell flat in a lot of aspects. They seemed to cut a lot of the dialog and important snippets that made the book feel like something. The actors also just felt very…basic. I didn’t feel any connection. And they skipped over a huge amount of things from the book that it just didn’t flow well. I was really excited, and am now really disappointed.
