Cerys Jones – Google

Do you have that one book that you recommend to everyone who asks for a recommendation? This is that book for me. I love this book. I’ve read it twice, and I will definitely be reading it again soon. I would go as far as to say that it’s my favourite fictional book along with Alice’s adventures in wonderland (neither much like the other but equally fantastic). It made me cry so much (I’d recommend keeping some tissues at hand). I wish I could give Charlie the biggest hug. There’s some inappropriate scenes and language but overall a beautiful and honest book that deals with some very serious subject matters.

This film in an actual masterpiece (in my opinion). The movie itself is stunning to look at, the script adds to the eerie mood and atmosphere and the soundtrack effectively creates tension throughout. Though some may dislike the creepiness of this movie, I personally love how the themes and storyline of this movie make it unique in comparison to other movies. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who is a fan of films which are considered quite ‘creepy’, for example the films Tim Burton. However,” I would advise parents to be a bit cautious about showing this film to younger children as it contains some scenes which would be considered frightening throughout.
