Napoleon, a great film with a huge budget but let down by the sheer lack of ability to select a French cast. All that money, but afraid to scare an audience away with subtitles. At least they didn't give characters the job of putting on French accents whilst speaking English. Why oh why can't we just use native speakers for roles instead of dumbing it down for American's. The irony that those in France will have to read subtitles to understand what Napoleon and other French characters are saying is just ridiculous!!
