Harper Marshall

Walking into the theater I was expecting a fun, bubbly, and pink movie. As I began watching, I started getting more of an adult impression from the movie. Although the movie is very witty, most of the jokes are directed toward an adult audience. The plot of the movie get more complex and the movie continues and it ultimately ends with Barbie rethinking her whole life and going through very much adult challenges. All in all, I really do love the movie, but I do recommend showing the movie to a middle school and up group.
