I was super skeptical at first being told about The Adult Chair model. I kept excusing it for the first year from the person who cared enough to share it with me. Once I split from that former relationship I needed answers and needed help. I didn't have the money to cover therapy sessions and was at rock bottom. Some how I remembered The Adult Chair and looked it up on Spotify. I found myself deep into self healing and came to an understanding of who I was and that past trauma and programming was not my fault. There was a simple solution and plan to heal myself.
