I loved Patricia Heaton in The Middle and I really wanted to love her new show. I'm sorry to say I thought it was pretty bad. Seeing a bunch of new interns and a couple of senior doctors acting like complete fools was not funny, even though the laugh track tried to make you think it was. Maybe the show will get better in future episodes, but I'm not sure I'll be watching - it was just very disappointing and a waste of Patricia 's talent.
