Season 2 isn’t aggressively bad, but it’s still not good. There’s a particular patter to the jokes and once you see it, you’ll notice it all the time. Too many referential jokes that don’t have much of a pay off. Scrappy-Doo looks awful, I REALLY hope Scooby-Doo never makes an appearance.
