This is life. Emotional rollercoaster. Adventurous. So many thoughts occurred while I was watching this show. Wish I could jot down each and every one of those thoughts and emotions. Friends, one day none of us will be here. Our stories, so much what we have felt over the course of our entire life, .... what happens to those intangible memories, experiences, etc. Will everything vanish into oblivion in the infinite flow of endless time 💔 The Turkey couple in S1 E3. Hope they are okay (Feb 2023 earthquake). On a lighter note. I can't seem to get that nasty water spitting skit Ewan McGregor and Jimmy Fallon did in the Tonight Show out of my head. Every time I see Ewan McGregor that skit scene comes to my mind. Why did you do that Obi why ! 😖 And I wish they had included at least 20 - 30 seconds of every time they sat down for a proper meal or quick bite at ALL the eateries, diners, etc throughout this expedition. Wanted to hear their commentary, review, etc on what and how the food was. Would've made the show even more enjoyable. S1 E3. They sat up a tent. Wish they had shown the final result.

This is one of those films that don't need a review. Hats off to Lisa McVey and those who believed in her. There is a scene in which 2 female detectives try to cross examine (I don't know the suitable word) her. They appeared highly doubtful of what had happened to her. Those 2 actresses did such a terrific & subtle act in that scene that I felt hatred/disgust towards them. And if this particular situation (female detectives not believing her) actually happened exactly as depicted in the film then I have no words. Outrageous.

I expected a mediocre film even though I saw Andy Samberg in the pics banners etc. But it exceeded my expectations. I have only recently begun watching Netflix and I pause many times to take breaks while watching movies, series, etc. But this is one of those films I watched non-stop till the end. Having seen Edge of Tomorrow I was skeptical whether Palm Springs would be enough entertaining. It is. Must watch. Don't forget to watch mid credit scene in the end.

This is not just a movie for me. It was an experience of a life time when I first watched it as a teenager. I was completely blown away at that time. The excitement, exhilaration, etc I felt at that time is indescribable. For those fond memories of my younger years I proudly give it 5 stars. I have so much love for this movie that I feel like it is my movie. The decade or time it was released was awesome. Hats off to all those involved with this film.

Sometimes editing or sequences of action seem strange or out of place or nonlinear and some scenes feel strange or awkward. But overall considering the vintage feel, sceneic views, locations, nostalgia, etc and especially taking into consideration the abundance of poorly made movies available to watch this film is spectacular and worth watching. There is no way to recreate those times, environment, fashion, locations, look and feel, etc. Movies like these are not just entertainment. Think about long term. It is a historical archive of the time that will never come again. Right now I see 38% on rotten Tomatoes, 6.3/10 on IMDb, 40% on Metacritic. The IMDb rating seems appropriate.
