The Alchemist is a classic that everyone must read! The plot is just so interesting and I loved reading about Santiago's adventures. My favorite part of the book was when Santiago was robbed after arriving in Africa. I believe this scene represents a lot in the book, as it shapes the scenes that come after it. For example, Santiago's encounter with the crystal merchant completely changed the trajectory of his journey. There are so many more experiences in the book just like this which made reading this so much fun! Make sure to get a copy of this book! I know you won't regret it!
