Nostalgic. Still holds up. Funny and heartwarming while also dangerous and dark. I don’t get what critics were in a bunch about.

I know people are particular about their Marvel films, and maybe this didn't hit all the technicalities for some. But I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. it was one of the best installments. Two words: Christian Bale. One of his finest performances ever to the point where I forgot it was him and just got wrapped up in the world they created. The rest of the movie is funny and mindless fun. I usually fall asleep during movies but watched this in one sitting so that's saying something. Let go of what you think it should be, and just go along for the ride.
