LavishMango aka Melinda

Now I know what the annoying coffee commercial was referencing. The movie makes a decent accompaniment to other activities which also don't take much mental attention. The actors were all fantastic. But that's not saying much since they were nearly all well known accomplished Hollywood regulars. If you're a Coen Brothers follower you will have seen it already. If you're not but you enjoy a little disjointed light-heartedness thrown into an equally disjointed tribute to Hollywood then go for it. If you're neither I wouldn't bother.

Eddie Murphy is wonderful as the talented and very private Mr Church. The other actors are charming. The story made me wonder if it's based on a real person as well as reminding me there have probably been a lot of Mr Churches in the sense of needing to keep a part of yourself private. You may not want to see it if you have experienced someone dieing at home.
