Spoiler alert It's a great movie, with a plot twist, especially at the end when he thinks he saved his wife he looks in the mirror and it turns out there was a patient instead of his wife in the backseat, maybe a dead body, I don't remember exactly, I recommend this movie.

This movie is really bad, bad story, script is so cheesy, jamie had no acting scenes in this movie, it sucks, the 1998 movie was way better, no comparison.
