It breaks my heart that I was so disappointed in this film. It had very little of the magic found in the first film. I love the cast... but nothing in this film seems to hit the mark. There is a full-on musical number in the final third of the film that just felt so forced and out of place. I wanted to walk out after about 30 minutes but convinced myself it had to get better. Unfortunately, it never did.
