Non spoiler part of the review:
This book is when Geronimo and his cousin Trap learns to make honey to sell in jars for the Stilton Farms. But they have tough competition, and the want to prove that they're the best and defeat their competiton by participating in a contest. And I love this idea. But why only 3 stars? Its too predictable. You know what will happen after reading some parts if you understand and think about things while reading it. Why is is predictable?(Spoilers ahead and please scroll down till the last to find an alternative book of Geronimo Stilton)
Spoiler part of the review:
Here it is. They have competition and Geronimo saw a factory near their farms.
He saw a company. But on his way he saw some honey for sale. He ends up taking with them and they help him as they're growing up and want to keep their love for flowers and honey continued.
But everyone back in the city gets a stomach ache. And a company sells something that provides instant relief to it.
Now use logic. If the full city is buying lots of honey and then immediately the full city has a tummy ache and a new company comes to help them at the perfect moment(both the companies have one thing in common- lots of promotion and advertising) means the honey company is making fake honey which gives everyone a stomach ache and one more company comes to help them at the perfect moment means they're related to each other. And they were. And this all happened after Geronimo won the contest and to earn more money even after selling fake honey that horrible rich lady will still earn money. And the fake honey are created with artificial everything by robot bees. I mean like what's the surprise in the plot of the story? A good reader will see it coming.
What book should you read? It is: Book number 35, A Very Mery Christmas. Crazy is what I'd call Geronimo Stilton after all of the adventures would happen and the plot was so unexpected. Go read that. I liked the idea. Story? No.
