It's... meh. I am not political, nor am I an American or anyone from the Middle East. So I am watching this with a purely objective point of view; without any political or emotional bias from either side of this really tragic, historically (and sadly, human) based event that did indeed shake the world.
It's pretty much ehhh. There's so many movies that are out there that do this. Some do it better,
some do it worse.
Dialogue is mainly filler, or just heavily scripted, which means a lot of the directing follows suit pretty well the same. You could cut out a huge chunk of exposition and I guess fill it up with more John Wayne or panning shots.
It's a background movie you could pop on while doing another task. You won't miss much if you turn your attention away for a bit. You know the basic premise, you know the outcome and most dialogue is just there for the sake of being there.
At least there's some good actors in it I suppose
