The movie keeps one hooked with many subplots such as drugs, illegitimate child growing into a urban robinhood, politics, weird characters for action scenes. Over the years Mohanlal’s broodiness is exponentially growing and this movie continues to harp on it. Mohanlal even goes to recite the famous Samuel Jackson Bible verse in Malayalam during the climax. The multifaceted protagonist having overseas identity seems overstretched and reminds of Subhash Ghai’s weird characters. Overall it remains a sumptuous viewing, especially for Mohanlal’s infinite fans.
