I grew up on the Ballad of Mulan and I am so excited to watch this live action. They executed the details that disney cartoon missed. I am so glad that Disney is willing to take the risk on getting out of the normal "musical movie type". The cameo of the Mulan's cartoon voice was epic! I didn't expect it. Yes, people will say that Disney should've stick with the cartoon story line but the main purpose here is to portray the Ballad on a different level with the hint of Disney's magic. I love the cartoon. I love the film. I love the Ballad. I watched this 5 times now since its release.
