A Star is Born deserved the Oscar. Hands down. Cooper & Gaga have an undeniable chemistry that hits you with all the feels. You’d think they actually belong together.

Ian Somerhalder positively kills it in V Wars. His acting is phenomenal, and the content fresh. I was skeptical to watch, because I knew nothing would compare to my beloved TVD. But, I caved, because, well, Vampires + Ian = 🤩. So I had to give it a chance. Pleasantly surprised, I was. Totally different feel to this than TVD, so if you’re looking for a copy-cat, you’ll be disappointed. But if you go in with no expectations, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised, too. Give it a chance. Either way, you’re getting Ian Somerhalder, so you can’t go wrong.

I gave this show 5 stars not because it’s an Uber-accurate account of what led up to 9/11, but because it has incredible acting & a compelling story. But that’s just what it is; a story. We know that this was not how things went down prior to the September attacks. This was the 3 letter agencies playing the blame game. Keep that in mind when watching.
