I just watched a program where the renovation budget was $230,000. In that show the clients asked how much a skylight in the bathroom would cost. $9000.00 was the quote. I find that to be outrageous. These guys are overcharging ripoff artists. I bet the renovation could be done for way less. It would be interesting to have their profit revealed. If it was $100,000 then they are bandits. That would mean that based on 8 weeks then they would make 600,000 per year.This is gouging and greed at a high level. Someone should do a show where renovating doesn't make the renovator rich.

I have been enjoying the show for several years. I preferred the half hour version. I change the channel when "Big Brother" section comes on
